Privacy Policy
This is the privacy policy for Vennus Digital (the “Service”), operated by Harmonia Operations LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). It explains what data we collect when you use the Service at vennusdigital.ai, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
When you use the Direction Audit, we collect:
- Your answers to the audit questions
- Your email address (provided at the email gate before report generation)
- Your IP address (used solely to enforce a 1-audit-per-24-hours rate limit; stored as a one-way SHA-256 hash, not as raw IP)
- Anonymous usage events (which pages you visit, which questions you answer, how long the audit takes) through PostHog if you accept cookies
We do NOT collect:
- Names, beyond what you choose to write in your audit responses
- Payment information (the audit is free)
- Information from third-party data brokers
- Marketing tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
2. Why we collect it
- Your audit responses generate your personalised report
- Your email lets us deliver the report and follow up if you choose to engage further
- The hashed IP prevents abuse of the audit endpoint
- Anonymous analytics help us understand how the audit is being used so we can improve it
3. How long we keep it
We retain your audit responses, generated report, and email indefinitely. This lets you return to your report via the email link months later, and lets us reach out about further work if appropriate.
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@vennusdigital.ai. We will comply within 30 days.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with marketers, brokers, or AI training providers.
We use the following processors to operate the Service:
- Supabase (database hosting — EU region)
- Anthropic (the Direction Audit uses Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your report; your responses are sent to Anthropic to produce the report and are subject to Anthropic’s API data policies)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Vercel (web hosting)
- PostHog (anonymous analytics — EU hosted, only if you accept cookies)
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR (if you’re in the EU/UK/EEA) and similar laws elsewhere, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vennusdigital.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use one functional cookie (vennus_session) to let you resume an in-progress audit, and one consent-storage cookie (vennus_consent) to remember your cookie preference. These are essential and not subject to consent.
If you accept cookies on the banner, we also load PostHog (EU-hosted) for anonymous analytics. You can change your preference at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
