Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

The Service provides a free diagnostic tool called the Direction Audit. You answer a set of questions about yourself or your business, and the Service generates a personalised written report based on your answers.

The report is generated by an AI model and is intended as a thinking tool, not as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any specific recommendation in the report. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

2. Free use

The Direction Audit is free. There is no paywall, no credit card required, and no obligation to engage further with us after running it.

We may, in the future, offer paid services that the audit refers you to. Those services have their own terms and pricing, separately disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in good faith. Specifically:

• One audit submission per person per 24-hour period (enforced by the Service)
• Do not submit obviously fraudulent or abusive content
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service, or use the Service to train other AI models

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms are being violated.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, the underlying prompts, the report structure, and the brand are owned by Harmonia Operations LLC. The personalised report we generate for you is yours to use as you see fit — including sharing it, quoting from it, or referencing it in your own work.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of the report, or fitness for any specific purpose. The report is a starting point for your own thinking, not a substitute for professional judgement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonia Operations LLC’s liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since the Service is free, that amount is zero. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
